Ribbon-Cuttings
Ribbon cuttings at NOCO aren’t just for brand-new businesses. They’re a celebration of you—your journey, your impact, and your connection to our growing community.
When you host a ribbon-cutting, it means:
You’ve joined our Chamber, and we want to recognize that milestone.
You’re ready to be seen, supported, and celebrated in Northern Colorado.
You’re opening a new location, rebranding, or stepping into new leadership.
You want to make meaningful connections with other women in business.
It’s more than a photo op. It’s an opportunity to share your story, invite people into your space, or one of ours, and let the Chamber community know who you are and how we can support you.
Not sure where to host or who to cater? We’ve got you covered. Reach out, and we’ll gladly connect you with one of our amazing NOCO member vendors to support your celebration.

Member Spotlight
Mandi Tracey is a financial educator at Modern Woodmen of America and our NOCO Treasurer, who believes money conversations should be honest. Accessible and judgement-free. She's deeply involved in the Northern Colorado community and values real connections, practical education, and meaningful impact. Outside of work, Mandi enjoys crocheting, spending time outdoors with her dogs, and supporting local causes close to her heart.
WHO DO WE HELP AND WHY?
I work with people who want to feel less anxious and more in control of their money. Many of my clients are smart, capable people who’ve simply never been taught how finances really work—and they’re often carrying guilt or stress because of that. I care deeply about helping people feel safe asking questions, slowing things down, and building confidence around their financial decisions.
HOW LONG IN THE INDUSTRY?
I’ve been in the finance industry for almost six years. I started my career in corporate finance, where I gained a strong technical foundation, but I quickly realized I wanted more human connection in my work. I wanted to work directly with people, not just numbers. That realization led me to Modern Woodmen of America, where I’m able to combine financial guidance, education, and community impact in a way that truly aligns with who I am.
FAVORITE PART OF WORK?
The conversations. The honest ones. The ones where someone admits they’re overwhelmed, scared, or unsure—and then realizes they’re not alone and they’re not “bad with money.” Watching that weight lift, even just a little, is the most rewarding part of what I do.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU’D LIKE US TO KNOW ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS?
I don’t believe in pressure, shame, or one-size-fits-all advice. I care more about trust than transactions, and relationships over quick wins. Outside of work, I’m a big animal lover, enjoy getting outside with my dogs, and value community deeply—both personally and professionally. I bring that same heart into my business every day.
WHY DID YOU JOIN THE NOCO CHAMBER?
The authenticity. NOCO felt like a space where women show up as themselves—supportive, collaborative, and real. I didn’t feel like I had to “sell” myself to belong, and that mattered to me.
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO?
Building genuine relationships, supporting other women-owned businesses, and continuing to grow alongside people who care about both success and impact. I’m excited to contribute, connect, and be part of a community that values people first.
