Job Description

Vertica Fitness Westminster is on the hunt for a dynamic and charismatic Vertica (Pole) Fitness Coach to join our powerhouse team! As a coach at Vertica Fitness Westminster, you'll be leading our students to new heights as they learn to embrace their strength, beauty and grace on the pole.

Our mission at Vertica Fitness is to create a safe and inclusive environment where every BODY is welcomed and celebrated. We believe that pole fitness is for everyone and we're looking for a coach who shares this belief and can create a body-positive, loving, and empowering atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our carefully curated curriculum at the highest level of standard

  • Design and deliver pulse-pounding pole fitness classes that will have our students soaring

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for students of all skill levels and body types

  • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to help students reach their fitness goals

  • Craft mesmerizing choreography for student showcases and events

  • Continuously educate yourself on new pole fitness techniques and safety measures

Qualifications:

  • A burning passion for pole fitness and a commitment to body positivity

  • Excellent teaching and communication skills

  • Current certification in pole fitness instruction (or willingness to obtain certification)

  • Knowledge of proper technique and safety measures

  • Experience with choreography and performance is a plus

Pay:

$25-30/hour based on experience + bonuses
