We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service/Sales Representative to provide excellent support to our clients. In this role, you'll handle inquiries, assist with policies, and provide billing and claims support. No prior insurance licensing is required, and we provide all the tools and training you need to succeed.

Requirements

  • No Previous Insurance Experience Required but preferred! Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and learn the industry.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Active listener with a customer service orientation, focused on client satisfaction

  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency in using CRM and office software

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with professionalism

  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and care

  • Assist clients in understanding and managing their policies

  • Provide billing and claims support, resolving issues promptly

  • Maintain accurate client documentation and records

  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products where appropriate

About the Role

Mile High Roofing Services is seeking a friendly, motivated junior-level representative to help grow our local presence through relationship-based networking. This role focuses on attending networking groups, introducing our services to local professionals, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or looking for flexible, part-time work with performance-based earning potential. No formal sales experience is required — training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend local networking meetings, chambers, and community events

  • Build relationships with referral partners and local professionals

  • Generate and submit qualified leads to the sales team

  • Visit insurance agent offices to introduce MHRS and drop off branded goodies

  • Represent MHRS professionally and consistently in the community

  • Provide basic weekly activity and lead reporting

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

This role is outcome-focused but intentionally light and realistic for ~5 hours/week:

  • Attend 1–2 networking meetings per week

  • Visit 3–5 insurance offices per week for introductions and drop-offs

  • Generate consistent, qualified leads for the sales team

  • Maintain a simple contact and lead log

  • Professional representation of the MHRS brand at all times

Compensation & Commission Structure

  • $500 monthly base pay

  • Commission paid on all closed jobs that originate from your leads

  • Commissions are paid after jobs close and payment is received

  • No cap on commission earnings
