Meet the NOCO Women’s Chamber Team

Linda DeLano

Founder and President

As a single mother of two, juggling the responsibilities of owning her own business and raising her children, Linda often found community support lacking. That’s why she is passionate about the NOCO Women’s Chamber of Commerce. This initiative aims to foster an environment of support, education, and community where women can come together to uplift and empower one another.

Lauren Nielsen

Treasurer

Being an ambassador for the NOCO Women’s Chamber is deeply personal to Katie. A new mom to two boys and the owner of two businesses, she understands the unique challenges that women face in balancing family, career, and personal aspirations. There are days when the demands of motherhood and running a business seem overwhelming. It’s this very experience that fuels her passion to advocate for women who are navigating similar changes. To create a supportive community where women can find encouragement, share their stories, and access the resources they need to succeed in every aspect of life. Together, we can overcome obstacles, celebrate our victories, and inspire each other to thrive.

Maya Hicks-Ericksen

Vice President

The General Manager at Office Interiors, Lauren says her reason for being on the board is simple: to empower women! Most women walk into a networking event and find a sea of suits and an occasional woman sprinkled in. Sure, men are a part of business too, but if you really want to get things done, find a powerhouse - find a woman. Or better yet, find an entire room full of them! Together with a few other incredible women, the NOCO Women’s Chamber of Commerce Board had a vision: a place where women can come together to learn, grow, and empower one another. So, we have set out to create just that!
