Mari Ann James
Our December Wine-d Down wine-tasting event is being hosted by one of our wonderful members and sponsors, Mari Ann James. Owner of The Park Wine and Spirits, Mari Ann shares a little bit about herself below.
Entertaining has always been one of my passions. Having the opportunity in 2020 to open an elevated beer, wine and spirits shop was a dream come true- and it’s been a fun entertaining experience indeed. Of course there is the typical finds of a liquor store, but I’ve had so much fun making it an “elevated experience” shopping with us; from custom baskets, to unique finds, I’m still enjoying it daily!
Providing the community a great selection of craft spirits and fine wines in a clean, fun and inviting setting is one of the things that sets us apart. In addition to a wide selection of wines, spirits, and craft beers, I’ve got an extra special “employee” who makes the store feel like home; my friendly Sheepadoodle shop dog, Taylor. Whether he’s greeting customers at the door or curling up for a nap by the counter, he’s here to add a little extra joy to your shopping experience!
As a proud member of the NOCO Women’s Chamber, I’m thrilled to be part of a network that values women supporting women.
